Frizzelle & Parsons provides CNC hard milling services for fabricating precision dies and die components with up to 70Rc. Our highly accurate, high speed 3-axis CNC hard milling machines use pallet changers for high efficiency and quick turnaround times.
The hard milling process also features mills with two cutting heads that are capable of 3-D symmetrical or 3-D mirror image symmetrical machining. In addition to our machining capabilities, Frizzell & Parsons offers engineering and design support that includes full Solid Modeling and Pro-E, SolidWorks, CAM-TOOL technology.
Frizelle-Parsons uses full 3 axis CNC machining and state of the art CAM software to ensure the top level of quality, precision, and cost savings for our customer. Pro/Engineer and SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling software perform whatever level of technical support a customer may need. Frizzelle & Parsons is capable of precision CNC contour machining. We have 10 CNC machines that offer full 3-axis CNC contouring for parts up to 139” x 49”. Our tool room includes support equipment for all machining operations such as jig boring, band sawing, welding and CNC grinding. We are able to cut any material up to 70 Rockwell Hardness, including:
